It was fine except for the lack of elevator service. The elevator near our fourth floor room was out of service and there was only one other that was a distance away. I like its location.

I would stay there again. I have difficulty walking for long periods. It was very close to Disneyland which made it an easy walk.

Customer Value is top service here. thank you to the staff. amazing customer service even before staying here. I called a few times before our stay with some questions and were easily answered. Arriving was easy and quick for check in. Room had complimentary Birthday decor and gift upon request. Room was clean and spacious. Was a really great stay. Even in the surrounding area. steps away from the happiest place on earth.

Family trip to Disneyland for son’s birthday. No parking the next day while we visited Disneyland. Close to Disneyland and food all near by.

A little noisy, but worth it for proximity to the parks! I don't think all the rooms are, but we had a room where the door was on the outside. This wasn't a problem for us, but the sound proofing could be improved. You could hear conversations of passersby, the night club on the roof of the hotel and of course, the fireworks from the park. Not a problem if you are a heavy sleeper! The location can't be beat for staying off Disney.
