Very Good It felt like the staff did a great job cleaning - like the towels, sheets, and surfaces were very clean. But the floors felt gross and like there were just layers of spills and spot cleaning you were walking on. Location is amazing for Disney, just a five minute walk. Pool is nice and the check out process was very smooth. Beds are very comfortable and pretty spacious. It's convenient that the rooms have microwaves.

Exceptional The cleaning staff kept walking into our room after they knocked and we said we were still in the room but because they had earbuds in they couldn’t hear us. Once I was changing and my boyfriend made direct eye contact with them thankfully we had the door latch closed and they couldn’t come in all the way. This happened a total of 2 or 3 times very frustrating. Easily accessible, quiet, close to the park
