Nice location needs some care and updating vending machines empty and no lobby snack bar. asked for closest room possible. was assigned farthest room. Door didn’t lock properly so had to mess with it each time we closed it. location and room set up

overall was a great location and good value the beds were like wooden boards..the house keeping didn’t give fresh towels until our 3rd day location, pool and hot tub was great

Of course location is prime but housekeeping and customer service is lacking. The first thing that comes to mind is housekeeping entering our room even though I requested they not. Instead of picking up and replacing the used towels they only emptied the trash. I called front desk after our 16 hour day at Disneyland only to be told housekeeping was gone and I could come to the front desk for clean towels.
