What a great experience!! Have just bought two vehicles from this dealership in the last month. Jon Jenson is a fantastic and obviously hard working sales manager. Josie Carillo, the sales associate that sold my son his truck, was easy to work with and went out of his way to make things right for us. Jackie Mercer was the sales associate that sold me his car and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Both were very pleasant to deal with. Brenda, the best sales lady. My wife and I finally made the decision to purchase a vehicle from a major dealership. Grand Prairie ford had the Ford Explorer we were wanting. From the minute we entered and met Brenda Rosas we were treated like family, felt at ease and we were not pressured into a purchase. She made sure that we understood all information given and answered our questions properly. From the sales to the finance dept. it was easy and smooth. We left in our Ford Explorer Limited very satisfied with the purchase. ... read more
