Granite Depot had to do a lot of extra work to get my home ready for my kitchen and bathroom countertops.I thought the fabrication and installation went incredibly smoothly and I loved how they matched up the counter tops with the back splash. They did my tile, granite, cabinets and plumbing. Im very grateful that I didnt have to run all over town to get this stuff done.
We finally decided to update our 1990's HR kitchen. We bought the house about two years ago and it had the typical "honey" oak cabinets and cream color laminate counters.I've been shopping around at home improvement stores and little shops almost since day one. It seemed like everything was either over-priced, outsourced or I needed to be a contractor to get it installed. We bought new cabinets and counter tops from Granite Depot over Memorial Day and had everything installed before the July 4th weekend. They had the best pric... read more
Richard and I want to thank Granite Depot for the great job they did for us. It was so kind of them to come out to our home and take the right measurements. Then, to work so hard to make it possible for our dream of granite counters to come true. I have given their names to everyone who asks about our delightful experience. Granite Depot should give classes on customer service, they are the best and so very good at what they do.
Hi there Granite Depot. I hope the move of the facility went well - I can't wait to see your new showroom!Anyway, Robert (your installer) and his assistant did a fabulous job with the installation. They were conscientious, and the workmanship of the installation was excellent. I would also like to comment that the person who came out to do the template was also great! (I forget his name). And I love having a real sink!! What a treat! (not that 4" deep piece of you-know-what that the cheap builders install).I am still wor... read more
This was a great experience. The sales people were very friendly and willing to help! Even though they did go through a move into a new location, it was still business as usual. I loved my experience.
Terrible experience! Rude and expensive. We went to granite depot for one of their "sales" and were very disappointed. They do have an impressive warehouse of granite with great selection. However, we quickly learned that the "sale" price didn't apply to anything they had in stock. We had a small kitchen we were shopping for and when the sales lady found out how little square footage we had her attitude changed. We had received several bids around the $2000 range. She told us if we got one of their "discount" colors we might ... read more
The same day of install I discovered two cracks. One in the bar area both on top and bottom. The second on the piece of slab beneath it. We pointed it out to the installers who spoke very little English and they told me to contact Granite Depot. When the installers we're getting ready to leave I wrote on the form they had me sign saying that the work has been completed that there were cracks in those two areas before I signed it and immediately called Granite Depot to see how they could rectify the situation. I spoke with th... read more
We drove from Thornton on Saturday looking for granite for our vanity. We were very disappointed in the service we received. The two sales ladies (if you want to call them ladies) we encountered were rude and one was plan nasty to us. My husband asked one of them if they had a tape measure he could use and she literally threw it at him. Not one time did any of the sales staff acknowledge us being there. The only nice staff we encountered there was the lady at the main entrance and one of the gentleman working in the warehous... read more
Granite Depot sells lemons! If you buy slabs from Granite Depot, they send your slabs up the road to Stone Crafters to fabricate. It's a total scheme and rip off! Whomever is purchasing these slabs for these places knows how to rip people off! Like this business model: Buy the crappiest high end cars you can find for pennies in other countries. Have the same high end but aesthetically beautiful cars advertised for a "blow out sale" on your lot (blow out= marked down from extremely overpriced to just overpriced). Let consumer... read more
