DON'T SIGN the CONTRACT!!! If I could give zero stars I would! This place is very pushy and over priced! After being pushed into signing a contract and giving a deposit, and being told that I could come back with better measurements of my kitchen and then pick out the exact granite I wanted, I was given a quote. When I called back and said that I did not want to move forward and would like a refund, at this point NO work had been done, I'm told they don't give refunds! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, no returned calls, materials arrived late (and we still don't have them at this posting), store manager not interested in doing much beyond talking over you. If you want poor service, use Granite Depot. If you want your project stalled, use Granite Depot. We are in the construction business and have rarely seen such ineptitude.
