Dr. G spent almost 45 minutes with me. He was a very good listener, asked good questions and explained things well. I'm not sure I've ever had such an attentive visit with a doctor. He was very knowledgeable and open-minded. He reviewed all of my labs from my functional medicine doctor and gave great feedback and insight. He also made me feel very comfortable. The TV in the exam room that helped make the wait no big deal. Good patient portal as well.
Terrible doctor. Doesn't listen and was skeptical of chief complaints. Should not be allowed to practice medicine. Would have given a zero star if possible.
I saw Dr. Hornbuckle several times, and was dismissed as being pre-menopausal and having PTSD. Asked for imaging and was denied bc of out of pocket expense (paid in advance, had to be returned), followed up elsewhere and the rest is history. “PTSD” has nothing on being told you are in stage 4 and may have to say goodbye to life as you know it and your loved ones, spending a cold rural winter on chemo, the effects of cancer treatment, wondering why you couldn’t receive requested diagnostics months prior…not to mention all the... read more
Horrible visit. She did not engage with me, look at me, or listen to me. She looked at her computer the whole visit. She seemed very uncertain of herself and could not explain anything. All this caused a delay of several weeks for my receiving treatment I needed. I will NOT be seeing her again.
The doctor is illogical and irresponsible. She is not competent enough.
Horrible! Very uncomfortable!! She is not a good listener! 1st appointment with her she did not even look at my face. She was just talking and talking and was just looking at her computer. She even insulted me by saying that I need to take care of my feet with a facial expression of disgust (my feet was not stinking! I had OT from 7am to 12 midnight for 3 weeks and went straight to a trip to a relative that has a cancer and did not have time to paint my toenails which are dark due to diabetes). She even ordered lab tests tha... read more
She spends more time looking at her computer than the patient. Had a very hard time understanding what was being explained to her and couldn’t even diagnosed a simple ear infection so gave me antibiotics just in case I did have one. Argues with the patients as well. Office policy doesn’t allow to switch doctors if you don’t feel comfortable with who you’re seeing so I’m stuck. They put their doctors needs above the patients. Be aware
I do not feel comfortable trusting her with my health conditions. Not very personable.
Recently seen for a chronic cough. At the same time a EKG and X-rays were performed. EKG came back with problems and was referred and seen by Dr Gupta. Had heart monitor attached after the chest X-rays. Got home around 4:45 pm. Received call from Dr Gracia's nurse at5:20 pm telling me to remove the heart monitor and go to the hospital to have a CT done. Asked if it couldn't wait till next day, was told no. Removed heart monitor, rushed to the hospital to find out there was no order for CT. Bad
