Every time I go I give them the benefit of the doubt that the next person will be more caring with someone else’s property but NOPE. Broke DVD player a couple years ago, ZERO compensation. Shampooed my carpets and didn’t let them dry before putting mats down and cause mold to grow in my car. They recleaned it but zero compensation otherwise. And today, the guy was so careless he crushed the rose from my grandpas funeral that had been in my dash and when I asked him about it, “oops it must’ve blown out” BULL CRAP. Careless in... read more

I hadn’t been here in a long time, now I remember why. The self vacuum nozzles are terribly inefficient and difficult to use. It’s an awkward style to hold on to and with the pointed end, it should at least be good at between stuff, but it doesn’t. It has to be flush with the carpet to pick up and then you only have about a 1/2 inch whole. I highly recommend replacing the nozzles. Please, I might consider coming back. Thank you.

RecommendedSure if your prepared to pay a high price and have to ask for towels and cleaner to clean everything the detailed miss. Management need to have a QA person that actually is great at detailing themselves to go over the vehicle before they call out for the customer to come to their car or truck. Spent $54 on the wash and left a six dollars for 2 people to split when they could have made $10 or $15 each.
