In addition, our team would not have noticed the condenser unless asked to do diagnostics to find what was wrong with the system and some of our locations are only able to refill and charge the AC while others are able to do full diagnostic and repair. Went to grease pro on back beach road close to hwy 79 to get an oil change. The technician didn't secure the plate. The car was making noise like something was broken. Not at that time knowing what was wrong we took the car to the Honda shop. That's when we know new what was wrong the technician didn't secure the plate and it was badly damaged by hitting on the road we had them fix it. Took the receipt to grease pro it was 395.00 since it was there error and refused to pay offered us a 75.00 gift card. Didn't even apologize.... read more

A couple weeks i got anail in my tire. Went to Grease pro in Panama City on 15 th street. They charged me 38$! To me thats way too much. I researched around town , noone charges over 20$ if at all. I think others should be aware not to go there. I don't expect a refund as i dont have the receipt but people should know that they did not do right by me!

I had my oiled changed in late March; cost $70.10. Drove to central Florida the next day. Oil light came on, plug fell out, and the little oil left in the engine dribbled out on the parking lot of the nearby Goodyear Tire and Auto Store. The oil change and clean-up cost $109.14.
