I have been using Grease Pro for oil changes since I moved to the area two years ago and these guys are great! Every staff member I have worked with has been very chipper and helpful. I went to the Back Beach PCB location not too long ago trying to get a tire plugged because I assumed that is what I needed. Instead of just doing what I thought I needed, they suggested I go elsewhere and get it patched because that would be best for the longevity of the tire. This showed to me the character these guys have and how they aren't... read more

I needed my coolant flushed and refilled so I contacted Grease Pro numerous times and I had to wait 2 weeks for them to get a shipment, I went to several locations here in Panama City Florida, they told me that they couldn't do a coolant flush due to the radiator hose was swollen. I went to the location on 77 and the manager said I could get it done, I specifically asked him to check my oil & coolant to see if there was any leaks, he said nothing was leaking, so I had the coolant flush done , got home and I had a mechanic ch... read more

Business response:

This is the first time our operations team has been made aware of these concerns. It appears, based on your service history, that the service in question was completed in October, and the issue was never escalated beyond the store level. Had we been contacted at that time, we would have stepped in to review the situation and work toward a resolution. Our team does not turn away services without reason, and we are not in the business of misleading customers. We aim to provide a 5-star experience and prioritize customer safety... read more

Company passes off responsibility for actions, hires unqualified and untrained people. My fiancée [now wife] had her oil changed at a Grease Pro location in December. The employee drained the TRANSMISSION FLUID and DOUBLE FILLED the engine oil! She drove it, and when it began handling strangely, she pulled into the next Grease Pro location. The employee at that location told her they were closing and that they could not service her vehicle. She then took her car to an auto-repair shop to get it inspected by a third party. Th... read more

Business response:

This matter has already been settled and no further action is required of us, considering you have opened a court case but here are the clarifying details. The claim that the vehicle was taken to another Grease Pro location the same day and was turned away is unclear. There would have had to been miscommunication as our team would never turn away a customer who was experiencing an issue they believed was caused by our teams service. Additionally, when we were first made aware of the issue, another shop had already attempted ... read more

My girlfriend came here to get her breaks changed. They told her her back caliper was bad and that it needed replacement. They offered to do it for 600$. She declined because the part was only 115$. She took it to her father and he proceeded to work on it only to find that the caliper was fine but the brake pads were metal to metal. They tried to take advantage of a single mother that they thought was desperate and ignorant to the mechanic trade. This is despicable. Do not take your vehicle here

Business response:

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Our team is well-trained and would never aim to take advantage of anyone — we truly value our customers and rely on building lasting relationships within our community. That being said, we take your feedback seriously and will be thoroughly investigating this.

Avoid Grease Pro in Panama City. Staff is not trained and the owner is above talking with customers to get feedback. My car was damaged during a simple oil change and it took over an hour. You have a lot better choices in the area and this company is a poorly run operation and the day to day operations is horrible.

Business response:

*****, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, though we're truly sorry to hear you left feeling disappointed. While we understand that waiting longer than expected is frustrating, our goal is always to provide quality service — even when that means taking a little extra time to ensure the job is done right. The delay with your oil change was due to a common issue specific to your vehicle, which our team explained at the time of service. While this did extend the time it took to complete the service, our te... read more

I took my car to get a diagnosis. The “mechanic” recommended I have a tune up and change my could pack for a code reading misfire cylinder 1. I brought my car back the next day and paid 625 dollars for the service that was recommended due to the code reading. The SAME day of having the work done the engine light came back on. I brought my car back and the SAME code was reading misfire cylinder 1. The “mechanic” gets on the computer and determines that in fact changing that particular part isn’t going to fix the misfire it’s ... read more

Business response:

We appreciate your feedback and are genuinely saddened to see your review. We understand that car care can be expensive and we do everything in our power to ensure customers receive the best care possible. Upon reviewing your case, we want to clarify that during the initial diagnostic, our recommendation for a tune-up and coil pack replacement was based on the code reading indicating a misfire in cylinder 1. We thoroughly explained that this was the first step in addressing the issue, and you agreed to move forward. Unfortun... read more

My 17 year old granddaughter took her car in for oil change they charge her 82.00 dollars for 4 1/2 guarts of oil and 16.95 for the oil filter. I went back today for a explanation and was told that was what she asked for. My Grandaughter does know the difference between conventional and synthetic oil. He told me he was going to get the owners son but he never returned with him. I feel this young lady was taken advantage of. They can Contact me

Business response:

Bob, we are sincerely sorry you feel your granddaughter was taken advantage of. That is never our way of doing business. We work hard to offer our customers the best service possible to keep them safely on the road. In this case, our team used the manufacturer recommended oil for the specific vehicle. We understand car care can be pricey but we strive to keep our pricing competitive. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding someone getting the "owner's son" as that is not how issues are handled and our team knows that... read more

Deceitful sales and service practices. This location took advantage of a senior female with false claim of equal price and tried to hide the scam. The young manager, Austin was highly unprofessional, and made smirks and was rude when confronted with the issue. This young man should be more mindful and solution oriented. I am offended by the overcharge practices, and lack of respect. I am hoping the company compensates me, and ceases the deceitful practice. I was told I needed a battery although I had zero issues. With three ... read more
