Very happy with my sunroom. Dramatic upgrade from our old sunroom. Recently had a very small leak. After contacting them they had someone out to fix within a couple of days. No issues at all. One thing I do really appreciate is how well they clean up after the job is complete. You never knew they were there. Glad we went with Patio Enclosures.

Design: the consultant took all the necessary time to walk me through the options both for new windows and payment. There was one later detail with the window handles but overall, this part of the project was very good. Installation: The project was scheduled for September, but they were able to do it in July. They kept me informed and it went very well. the team was polite, worked well and left the area clean. We had glass replaced on two windows that were installed in ****. We had a very positive experience from the initial contact with ***** to the completion with technicians **** and *****. The technicians were prompt and very professional. The quality of their work was extremely satisfactory. They cleaned the replacement glass on the windows and left the areas where they were working very clean. Before leaving, **** and ***** made sure all of our issues had been satisfied.

Purchased my Stanek windows about 7-8 years ago, love the windows. One of my casement windows handles needed to be replaced. Couldn't find it anywhere on the web so I e-mailed Great Day for help. Got a response within an hour from *********************. After sending her pics of the color and style of the handle, she was able to order a replacement.
