****** did an awesome job with product knowledge. She definitely knows how to explain her product and has excellent interpersonal skills. We were not expecting this dynamic presentation from such a young lady. She does not pressure her customers in making a decision. She goes above and beyond to answer ALL questions.! Exceptional work, quality, and communication. I absolutely love my sunroom. I purchased my home and knew immediately that I wanted to enclose my porch. I contacted patio enclosures and within a week I had renderings of my new space. I received weekly communications while my custom pieces were manufactured. On the day of installation everything went perfect. My new room was complete in just about half a day. I sit out there now enjoying the weather and my cats adore their new Catio. I highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Patio Enclosures in Charlotte, NCbeginning with the initial consult in March 2023 with *********************. The measurements were taken to enclose a back porch into a three season sunroom with sliding windows and a sliding door. We love our enclosure! Great service from the salesman to installer. A very sturdy room that we use every day. The quality of the product is the best we’ve seen.I would recommend the Delaware Ohio office to anyone considering an 3-4 season room.

Patio Enclosures did an excellent job with our screened-in porch. They were prompt, courteous, clean, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They job was done right, the first time, and the company was great with communication both before and after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done. I have thought about a sun room attached to the front of the house and would definitely call them first.

We have a small porch and was not sure a big company like this would want to deal with a small job. Well Mr *** came out, explained everything to us, made a design in the same moment and price and all in one visit. In about 4 week from our visit my patio is done, it is all we were promised and more we love it! Customer service is one of the best I have experienced lately. Installing crew, fast, efficient and left it all cleaned ??????

**** was so great. He explained everything clearly and answered every question we had. We knew nothing going in and after meeting with him we felt very educated. He was courteous and listened to our priorities and kept them in mind during the consultation.

We had amazing service from when we talked to them at the home and garden show to when they had completed the job. Every one was professional and up front about how the process was working out. Our screens came in with regular screens not the pet screens we ordered. The installers pointed it out, told us that the correct screens were ordered and came back to replace them. The installers were professional and made sure all pieces of scrap and nails were cleaned up at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend this company... read more
