I just called to cancel my daughters appointment tonight and the girl who answered the phone was rude! My daughter came home from school with a stomach bug (does she want details) and she told me to give 24 hours notice next time. Unfortunately, I am not psychic so I cannot see when my children well get sick. When I told her we would now be finding a new dentist she just said okay. Great customer service! Her tone of voice, her lack of empathy was rude.

My dentist for years wanted to fill another tooth. I wanted another opinion, got X-rays and oral exam at another practice seen by another family member. There was no cavity to be filled. Enough said.
