They said my a1c was 14 and no prescription yet for medicine and they will not help for diabetic boots untill my sugar is low and they giving me problems cause rite aid never gave me the insulin and to wear these regularl shoes that I cannot walk in ,I had to pay when the are being ignorant

You did great, pleasant all around. Just wish 2 visit could be scheduled instead of calling later this month and hoping that you can get me in. It’s disappointing that it’s done this way. If I can’t get back in I will have to find someone else . You are the only dentist that my insurance covers so I will somehow have to pay out of pocket.
Friendly front staff & also girl that cleaned my teeth was very professional and answered my questions

I am more than pleased with the service I've had at Great Lakes Bay Health Center. I feel that I am not a number I am an important person and you take the time to listen to me and explain whatever I may have in a question. Good luck to you if you need a refill on something. I phoned on Monday to put in a request. Five calls later and here I am at 6 PM on Friday, a hour after close and still without the refill. The reason? One of the doctors “went on vacation” and, apparently, could not be bothered to get someone to cover for them. Who loses when this is allowed to happen? The patients do. I certainly did. YOU probably will, too. This is NOT the first (or even second) time something like this has happened to me here. I am completely disgusted.... read more
