My appointment was at 9:40. I got in by 9:25 in case I had any further paperwork outside of the electronic opt-in I was able to do days earlier. I was in and seen by Miranda Brown, NP before 9:40. Every staff member was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable at each step. I’m glad I chose my PCP at this location! Great first visit experience.

When I became too advanced for meaningful interventions this office actually ghosted me and deleted my patient portal. Care for complex condition was shaming me because I cant tolerate certain meds and being told to go to ER over and over, and ER said I need to see PCP. Eventually the ER got hostile and made it clear I am not welcome. The ER is busy and always holding the wall so I agree they should be managing me. Tossed back & forth left me with no care. I felt I was very rush in the appointment for my rash, and while I was there I asked about some other concerns I had of my health and the lady just basically having make two appointments and I feel that’s not necessary I won’t be seeing her again.
