Good luck to you if you need a refill on something. I phoned on Monday to put in a request. Five calls later and here I am at 6 PM on Friday, a hour after close and still without the refill. The reason? One of the doctors “went on vacation” and, apparently, could not be bothered to get someone to cover for them. Who loses when this is allowed to happen? The patients do. I certainly did. YOU probably will, too. This is NOT the first (or even second) time something like this has happened to me here. I am completely disgusted.... read more
