I ordered a building on March 4, 2022 and was promised delivery by mid July 2022. As the date got near was told October 2022. And then told December 2022. And then mid spring if 2023. And then told first of August 2023 and now am being told end of August 2023. More than a year past the original date I was promised! They required a large deposit for engined drawing that are nothing more than nicad drawings that cant take more than an hour to produce. May 2023: Thought I would provide an update to emphasize what a nightmare it is to work with this company and hopefully save others from our same issues. After a NEW promised date of July 2023, we asked for a signed agreement --a simple document saying if it's not delivered at that date that we get a full refund. This company will lie and delay your delivery from the beginning. Things will get even worse once you make your deposit. I was promised a mid September delivery but wasnt delivered until late January. I had to retain an attorney in ******** to get GWBS to stop delaying my order. I suggest getting an attorney at the beginning in the event you decide to get your building through GWBS.

Terrible company to do business with. They lie about they going do something then after couple days then going to tell you they didnt say nothing like that. Even they record their own calls I order building for my project first it was late 5 months after they promise the date of delivery when I was making an order the sales person always calls back answer phone call voicemails but if you run into any problems or anything thats not money related good luck get a hold of them after numerous phone calls & voicemails finally I go... read more
This company has taken my money and have lied to me so many times I can't even count. .My barn that was promised to me in the fall of 2022 . then February 2023 and now mid to late summer 2023, which is unacceptable. I have tried to get in contact with the **** ***********************, to no avail.
If you sign a contract with this company, make sure to strike the end of line 5a in their contract that states, Delivery dates quoted by *** are approximate only, and time of delivery is not of the essence, *** will not be liable, nor will *** be in breach of its obligations to Buyer for any changed of missed delivery dates. WARNING! . $12,648.53 deposit to secure April 2022 delivery date. February 25, 2022 GWB sent worthless blueprints for submission of a building permit. The ************** rejected the blueprints on April 4, 2022 with 27 exceptions. ****** Building Office informed me GWB had never contacted the office to ************** building codes. WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We signed up with Great Western to get a ****** square foot building. They gave us a timeline for production. When it came time to move forward with engineering they moved the delivery date by 6 months. How can they expect not to ruin a project with that sort of timeline.
