I had an inspection done. Inspector did not have experience with fleas nor did he recognize the samples that we had caught. He sent pictures of what we gave him to his office. I had to call later that afternoon to find out results. The office was not aware that he had done that. They put me on hold to check. They come back with oh yes, it’s fleas. Background: I lived in same apartment building for 6 years. Thankfully, i have never had a problem with bugs. But, that all changed about a month ago. Someone moved into my line of apartments, and they are pigs. All of a sudden I am seeing a couple of roaches. I cannot live with roaches. Its too gross to me. And since i am OCD and clean like a madwoman, it was all the more upsetting. Provider came to treat the apartment after I had prepped according to their instructions. When they came, they told me they would not treat kitchen and bathroom, which, with the layout of my apartment, leaves major gaps in the coverage. Ones goes to the bathroom at night, when awaken from minor skin sensations due to the presence of the bugs, it's the most likely next place to carry these critters to! Not well. They charged more than 500 dollars for our small townhouse. They sent someone who was nice but not very experienced. He finished in less than 30 minutes. Three weeks later, we still saw a LOT cockroaches. Very frustrating after paying 500 dollars. <br />

They charged me $125 just to come to the house even though other exterminators do it for free. Then they gave me an estimate for the work that seemed high. I decided not to use them and they refunded my evaluation fee. I would recommend using someone that doesn't charge for evaluating.

I feel mislead by the Big Deal that I purchased. I have parasitic wasps that need to be exterminated, so I purchased the deal to have services performed to get rid of them. I received an email that stated that I would need to pay a fee of $900 plus tax in order to have an inspection. I was also informed that the entomologist would also identify my pests if I could catch them and send them in.
