Staff was very professional and punctual. Problem with flies was eliminated. Peter was very informative on every level. Staff took special consideration with performing the job in a neat and clean manner. Would definitely use their service in the future. Went well overall.Josh returned my call and email withinthe hour on Wednesday evening. We discussed the treatment options. Givenourneed for urgency, we went with the more expensive/ less intrusive option. Wegave himour credit card, and he had a technician at our place about 11am ( about 2 hours early) and a bug-sniffing dog by 2 pm (about two hours late) the next day, Thursday. After leaving my name and tel # in the morning, maybe 1hr later, I was called back. Josh was able to schedule the appointment for the same day. The technician arrived on time annd was curtious and professional. He alayed my tenant's concerns about her cat by informing her that the application would not harm pets.

Just great. Very responsive. I believe they came the same day I called, or maybe the next day. They knew exactly what to do and how to deal with the ant problem. Also dealt with spider/centipede problem in my basement. The exterminator was on time, was able to explain exactly what he was doing. I have small children, so safety is important. Ants were gone with a couple of days. Haven't seen any since. Price was very reasonable.I will definitely use them again if I need to. Everything went ok with this company. The crew was very friendly and professional during the visit. They were very easy to deal with. We did have to have them treat the house twice due to the infestation. The second time they came out they didn’t charge us at all.

Overall, I thought the company was very professional and thorough. They really left a good impression on me. The staff really took the time to answer all of my questions, which I appreciated.
