They have been helpful with problems we have had. My complaint is that I had them installed in July they did not get it correct until December of that year. Now they do say they will reimburse me for the payments that I had to make while I was not able to actually use the panels but I did not get anything for the missed credits I should have gotten during the most productive part of the year.
