Entirety of my solar purchasing experience had its *** and downs, but all in all, it remained positive. Also, company has changed ownership/name as it was green solar when I purchased panels.Green Home Systems:Seem to have a higher turnover for contacts. I had several. Plan for getting panels to property was a bust and needed some assistance on my part. This is an honest company that was helpful through the whole process of getting solar panels. After 3 years, we are still very happy with our system!
GHS was very receptive whenever I reached out to them for information. Although sometimes personnel changes or backlogs unknown to me seemed to slow down the process, Overall GHS came through and finished our Solar install, The installers were receptive and answered all questions and so did the project MGR. In charge and the several nice individuals we met at GHS.Overall we are pleased with our solar install and the monitoring website was made easy to use. Thank you GHS! We would surely recommend your services.

The process to purchase solar panels came easily as my electric bill almost reached $700/month at one point so I had to take action to lower my costs. The planning process wasn't always perfect as my original project manager left the company halfway through the project, however, the job was completed with a slight delay and wasn't too much of a hassle. I know it's a big task to get one of these systems up and running, and you have to be patient getting a system installed after Covid with supply chain problems. It took about ***** months to get my system installed due to various delays and supply chain issues. The only reason I'm taking away star is because communication wasn't always the best in terms of delays and at times it was a bit frustrating that it took so long when I was expecting at the longest it would take 2 months.
