RecommendedToday was our first visit! We transferred both of our labs to Greenbrier and we are so glad we did! Despite the changes with Covid all staff took time to thoroughly explain things over the phone and I never once felt rushed! So thankful for such a wonderful vet right around the corner from our house!!
Our pets are not patients at Greenbrier. Yesterday our 4 year old cat crow had a sudden medical emergency. I ran out of the house in a panic with a cat I was pretty sure was already gone yet holding out hope. Our normal vets are wonderful but I didn’t think I could make it in time if he had a chance. And now there isn’t an emergency clinic in Hickory I didn’t know where to go. My only thought was to pull into the first clinic I found. Every time I go the staff is kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The appointments are quick and thorough, and the online booking system is a breeze!! I highly recommend this practice! I have yet to have an experience that was negative. And their COVID policies are very safe!
The staff makes the animals and the owners feel better. They are thorough and answer all my questions before I even have a chance to ask them. I would never go anywhere else.
Greenbrier Vetrinary was so helpful and very nice staff.
The attentiveness and genuine concern for my furry family dog. The staff was sensitive to my emotions. She brought out to Me a bottled water. What a kind gesture of concern. The doctor was personable and answered all questions.
We love the staff here!! Our two year old pup Abby loves going to the vet.
We took our 7 week old kitten, Milo, there for the first time and let me tell you the customer service was great. Despite having to wait in our car, due to COVID-19, for our little guy they made it such a smooth process. So thankful that we found a great clinic right up the street from our home and one that we can trust.
I am so happy that I decided to come to this vet! I’ve been very impressed with all of the staff and Dr. Dellinger is amazing. They truly care about my dogs like they are their own.
