Last week we had to put our beautiful girl Marley down 😢 we received a beautiful hand written card from DR Michelle and the staff with their condolences for this heartbreaking moment. It wasn’t a light hearted decision and the kind staff members that I spoke to over the month were very helpful understanding and kind...they definitely made it as easy as possible for us and I just want to say thank you for the kind words something so small like a card means a lot in this devastating time...

I recently had to put down my beautiful girl Sweetie Pie due to neurological damage. It was absolutely devastating. Beyond words. The staff and the vet were so caring and empathetic. Today I received a hand written card from the vet sending her deepest sympathy. I cried reading the heartfelt words. Thank you Dr Michelle and the staff of Greenfields Vet. 🙏🏻❤️

Green Fields Vet is my go to place all my dogs love it and my cat also they treat you with the most respect love your animals care for them as if they were Family also received a free photo shoot for my dogs at Christmas they bend over backwards to help you financially and medically wouldn’t go anywhere else

Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion at a traunatic time, as we said goodbye to our beloved Beagle Toby at the ripe old age of 15. To Dr Micah for being so caring and the receptionist and nurse too, we were never rushed or pressured in any way. Thanks too to our regular vet Dr Markus who also looked after our other Beagle Tina and my sister's Beagle Harley, both also deceased. Our Golden retriever has been cared for so well by all the staff she’s seen (and it’s been a few �). Special thanks goes to our regular Bec vet for taking sneaky photos for us whilst Pan was in hospital. Also, special thanks to Micah and Dr Markus for helping us with our recent misadventures and making sure our girl was so well looked after. Your phone calls throughout the day, during surgery, and after were very comforting. Here’s hoping we only see you guys now though for the regular check ups, and no more accidents �.
