She also has a great understanding & connection to us 'sometimes' overwrought parents! My darling boy lost his battle to live Sunday & had to be put to sleep. A huge thanks to the team and doctor Cheryl for saving the life of my best friend Bruce! He decided to swallow a teat and some plastic from one of my daughters bottles � and needed emergency surgery to remove it. She stayed back on a Sunday night to rescue my boy and was so lovely and compassionate towards us both. You have gained a regular customer for sure! � highly recommend
Best, most caring, and thoughtful team. So kind to me in a crisis, and looked after my baby like he was one of their own. Even sent me pictures through the day to put my mind at ease! I'll always 100% recommend them to anyone who asks, great service.
We’ve been coming here for the past 17yrs but on Saturday I was disgusted with the service we received. We had taken in my beautiful 16 year old cat for treatment as she appeared unwell and were told she had kidney failure and needed to be put to sleep. She was living with my parents in Mandurah, and myself north of perth. After hearing the news from my mum I raced down to say my goodbyes to my beloved fur baby. happy to let an animal suffer for a consultation ...Im even happy to pay for it and not receive due to circumstance ....never again
We took our unwell Dog Buddy to the Vet in an emergency half an hour before the were closing, they compassionately let us know that he wasn't going to make it and gave us the options. After he passed away it was past their closing time but they let us stay with him aslong as we wanted, never pushed, never looked at the time to rush us. they also moved him to the car and put him in gently so we could take him home. Thank You guys for your help, honesty and compassion. Made this horrible day abit easier.
