Loved the staff and how well they were to answering questions and getting stuff done around greenhouse
Most of the staff are very caring and undergo a great deal to ensure our sobriety. A few of the therapist are very ineffective but most are seasoned and can relate to our addiction. This is the place to begin your journey of healing!
make sure your belongings are safe because your stuff will be given away , food is awesome , rooms are nice Brisa is awesome she deserves a raise
Greenhouse is a fantastic place. I started my recovery journey here 6 years ago and after a relapse, I felt most comfortable returning back to get back on track.
Great food, staff was super friendly but the classes seemed redundant and not planned very well, the councilors were hit or miss as far as being invested. The food was great they need new pillows really bad but the rooms were ok, website needs to be updated as they have no massages or acupuncture therapy. I was allowed to stay an extra few days which I needed to secure a ride which was amazing, over all it was a good experience I just wish I got more actual treatment in the class room. I personally would like to take this time to express my gratitude to Mr. Arturo. A. He is highly professional and takes his time to help the clients in every way possible. He places the needs of the clients above his own. (5) Star Employee!
All said, a smooth experience that helped me break my daily-drinking cycle. The program has changed over the years -- things are more flexible now (ie phone use, movement around the facility) but the amenities listed on the website aren't all there or are limited in ways not immediately clear from the website, though the fact they're there at all is more than what you'll see at most facilities (ie indoor pool, hot tub, gym, yoga, etc.).
