Overall good experience. I thought the lectures could have been more focused with time at the end for "student" participation, not just questions. Instead small break out groups with problems to solve and then resume big group to share. Less time sitting in lectures.

I have other rehab experiences to compare Greenhouse to. With anything, there are few things that could be worked on. 1) list of what to pack and not pack 2) Patient issued water bottles, to alleviate use of all the plastic cups! 3) Take a # system for the medline 4) lanyards with name tags for patients 5) Case management appts would be helpful if every week, as patient's thoughts and realizations develop through treatment. I was very happy with all the staff. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this rehab center. I learned so much in the classes. Great tools to help in your recovery. I do not understand some of the rules such as women not being able to watch tv with other woment in the first floor lounge just because they room on a different floor. I had made friends with a lady that was still on the 3rd floor and i thought i could help her emotionally but they made her leave.
i thought that this place was great , the day to day staff is amazing. they are kind and compassionate. The facility it self is amazing too. taught me to be more compassionate and gave me a great sense of patience. one thing i will say is that i almost have a certificate in substance abuse so i feel that the curriculum is not up to standards or have one at all, the place needs more people in recovery teaching and more peace less chaos.
need more one on one with therapists and more of the staff members that actually care.
everyone at greenhouse was so kind and accommodating! Keith will take care of any and all problems - Nikki was exactly the therapist that i needed for my time here. There are always going to be little things that come up and annoyances but if you can remember to stay grateful this place has the capacity to save your life, whether the hot tub is broken or not. Im incredibly grateful for the time that i had here.
Great place, Highly Recomend coming here. Great staff and great place for recovery! Also the food is AMAZING, you will not go hungry here.
