Excellent service, short wait time kept me informed.
I worked with Michelle Miller during my recent visit. Michelle's service was outstanding! She was transparent throughout the entire process. She worked tirelessly and ultimately found a resolution to my issue. While I appreciate Michelle's efforts, she ran into some issues with the dealership that were simply beyond her control. My issue was resolved, with the help of Michelle, but I was told my water-stained sunroof could not be cleaned or repaired because the funds were exhausted on repairs.

The repair went well and very satisfied with the completed work but not satisfied with the time it took to get parts, the estimate kept changing and trying to get someone, anyone on the phone was impossible. Could not even reach the operator. After many calls and left messages I just gave up.
