She worked tirelessly and ultimately found a resolution to my issue. While I appreciate Michelle's efforts, she ran into some issues with the dealership that were simply beyond her control. My issue was resolved, with the help of Michelle, but I was told my water-stained sunroof could not be cleaned or repaired because the funds were exhausted on repairs.
