ALL of the people in this facility are exceptional. They have been taking care of Scooter since birth and their first concern has always been his and my comfort. I have been going there since they opened and I cannot imagine taking my dog anywhere else!

We recently lost our tinkerbell. She had several health issues that had plagued her over the years . I have received nothing but excellent service and genuine love for my baby at Greentree . Sarah has been Tinkers vet since birth and has been there thru thick and thin . The reception staff has always been helpful and caring to us . We said goodbye to our baby in July and Sarah and the entire staff at Greentree made the the most awful day more tolerable for our family and I thank them for that ! Recently, we made the decision to let our 12-year-old lab pass with dignity. Dr. Hardy spoke with my husband on the phone, answering every question we had, as well as listening to our wants and needs. When the day arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff, who were very sympathetic, yet very helpful. Dr. McKenzie walked us through our dog's last minutes, neither rushing or prolonging the inevitable. We are most grateful to these amazing people for making a difficult time a little less stressful.
