From the first call I made and spoke with Jocelyn at the front desk, she was wonderful and patient and made me feel at ease. We made a decision to switch to Greentree because we wanted better healthcare for our cats. Our one cat was just diagnosed diabetic. We came in today and saw Dr. Hai - they were gentle and reassuring and very thorough. They taught us how to do the insulin injections and made sure to answer all of our questions. We just started going here after looking for better care for our dogs. The first dog we took suffers from all kinds of allergies and has had many serious reactions. Unfortunately he ended up having a vaccine reaction at no fault of GreenTree and Dr. Brown was so helpful in getting him back on the mend. I called the techs and her so many times and no one dismissed me or thought I was crazy. This is the first doctor in 8 years who was able to give our dog a full exam without any snapping or fear. Highly recommend GreenTree to anyone! My puppy recently got really sick, and they did such an amazing job taking care of him. They kept me updated throughout the day, and they called to check in on him even after we left. The staff was nothing short of amazing!
It's been almost a year since we said goodbye to our little Dachshund, Madison. I've been meaning to write a review! The compassion shown by your staff & Dr. McKenzie that day is still fresh in my mind. She assured us it was the right decision & treated Madison with so much dignity in her last moments- even telling my dog "We do this because we love you". Green tree has always taken very good care of my cat Tempest. When she is sick they see her right away explain costs and tests that are suggested. The entire staff is very friendly... I know my 16 year old Kitty is in very good hands.
