Dont think ill ever be back after this. The safety of bowlers and staff is not being upheld during this time with the virus. Its genuinely sad to be told upon going in that masks have to be worn at all times, just to see managment do nothing about those who are not wearing masks. We were told we were supposed to wear it when bowling, yet thats not being done by so many others. Very disappointed Greenway. would not reccomend.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. I booked and PAID IN FULL for Two lanes a month ago for an event I had planned. When I arrived I was told that they did not have lanes set aside for me. I spent 150$ for two lanes pizza soda shoes and that’s what I expected. When they got my lane issue taken care of I went to order more pizza . But MS. KAREN who is the manager told me they did not accept card as payment?? The bowling alley is low key and never really busy during open bowling. The older ladies that run the bar/food area were a little rude (hence the 3 star rating), not per say to me but I've noticed it on several occasions with other customers. The pizza is horrible and expensive so do not waste your money. Note: they only take cash at the bar and food area. �� Other than that it's an okay family bowling alley.
