Clean establishment, great staff - Defineteky need to invest in the technology to accept credit cards - it’s 2018. And while the ATM is helpful, there’s fees charged there. Embrace your patrons fully and invest in accepting credit cards in addition to cash
Facilities are clean, not spotless, but clean. We went to Greenway to participate in the kids bowl free summer program. While this program is amazing and gave us an activity to do on hot days, I did not appreciate Greenway increasing their regular price for shoe rentals. And food prices are outrageous for not being able to bring even water in. Overall, it's ok. I love the kids bowl free program, but otherwise we do not go to Greenway.
Arcade needs work most games don't work and I lost $1 in air hockey it never realeased puck so we couldn't play that either

RecommendedWe frequent this alley for Rock and Bowl often. The music is horrible. I know that you can't please everyone, but the last three times we have been there, the music selection has been terrible, for everyone. Top 40, classic rock, classic county, and mix it up. Music seems to be a recurring complaint on these reviews. Call up Normandy and ask them what they did to fix it, because they have Rock and Bowl on lock.
This was my first experience at this location,not to mention my first night out with my husband in months. We will not be returning. The staff behind the shoe counter was "in charge " of music during the galaxy bowling and pretty much play this autotune trap music this actually gave me a migraine. The staff was refusing the requests given with laughing and eye rolling. The music was awful and loud I believe one of the speakers could have blown. The other people who commented are correct regarding the staff and their view toward league bowlers. There are multiple other bowling allys in the area. The staff does not care about their league bowlers. Nice bowling center, bad staff.
owners do not listen to league members they just keep raising the price even though we are their guaranteed money FIX THE AIR do not wait til someone has a heart attack or drops dead from the heat
