My name is Josh. I was told negative things about this place before I moved in, and my experience has been quite the opposite. The staff is friendly, the management is friendly ( shout out Diamond, you are always super courteous), and maintenance requests are handled SUPER FAST. I still battle spiders but it’s gotten better. Wonderful place to stay, very quiet and spacious.
I just have to thank God for leading me to the greenways apartments. I was a little apprehensive due to things I heard in the past. Diamond , the young lady working with me, assured me that the property was under new management and had a zero tolerance policy. Ms. Diamond took such great care of me and made the move in process so easy.. I love my apartment and recently re signed my new lease. I would recommend greenways 10/10 every time❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️✅
Teresa is a great asset for Greenway because she loves her job and she loves people, especially kids. She has a passion for them and she addresses the needs of the kids in her community. Teresa cares about taking care of the people that takes care of the property that she manages and she keeps her word which is very important to me.
