I currently live here at greenways, it’s not a bad place at all the apartments are nice and the staff is friendly. But I’m leaving a bad review because of the lock that is put on the pools gate when there is the slightest chance of rain or one rain drop hits the ground. Look at any other apartment complex and see if there’s a lock on the pool ever! There’s not. Unless it’s after hours which is understandable. But as much as I pay a month for rent I should be able to swim whenever I want to during pool hours. If it starts rai... read more

Since I’ve been in building 5** my car been broke into, it’s spiders everywhere, the washer and dryer been fixed on twice & still having problems, i believe the mattress they provide have bed bugs, literally every day its serval mattress beside the dumpster area & we can’t have grills, but the ones they provide have big holes in them & no lids, so dust & bugs can land on your food, also they have a officer onsite that harasses you about any thing

Should have read reviews before wasting time! At first Diamond and staff appear nice then turn extremely RUDE! Husband set to move into apartment, we arrive and told I’m not allowed to be present until he gets apartment keys, as I am not on lease. They do not let you see your apartment until it’s move in day at the time set for you! You have to go by the drawn diagram and pictures of random apartment. That’s it! There are zero demos to see. Terrible place to live, gunshots, murderers on property, drug activity, staff rude, Management is just as bad as Lindsey maybe worse, just ask anyone in town. No one wants to live there. Ashley S.
