Have not even made it to the service and already feel like no one is listening to my direction. They act as though they are attentive and caring until you pay them. Many inconsistencies in what I was told and added charges I was never made aware of even after asking multiple times what I was to expect. Wish my family member had made their wishes for another funeral home. Did not need the extra stress from this staff.

You really should not make people wait who have already purchased in family planning more than 30 mins for their scheduled appointment when time is already limited. Very disappointed

I really wish I can press a negative� star on the business. They really should be out of business. Yesterday I witnessed how Mr #GaryMBaggett was so so unprofessional to a family griving the lost of a baby. 1st of all when it was time to head out to the cemetery he just drove off without waiting for no one to follow him. I can appreciate the struggle this must have caused to you and those with you. Because a motorcade processional from the funeral home to the cemetery was not part of the arrangements, perhaps this would explain why the director left the funeral home ahead of the family to set up for the interment.
