Didn't like how they treated non immediate family members...need to address times, availability
The maintenance department has always been very nice to me. A few years ago they went way out of their way to get my son's headstone installed before Christmas. The few funeral directors that I have dealt with have made my stomach turn. They have made me regret the choice of burying my son there.
Don't ever buy a plot from Greenwood Funeral home! They charge you a big interest rate and they Don't tell you about it because you are too distraught to notice then after I payed it off they continued to take out the automatic payment! When I called about the refund they gave me the runaround!
