This company saved my sanity today when I got a call at 11:00am that a room had opened up at the extended care facility where we'd had my mother on the wait list for 6 months. They wanted her to move in TODAY. A quick look on Angie's list and one phone call to Greenwood Moving & Storage, and I was told they would have a truck with two men there by 1:00! <br />The gentlemen were very professional, helpful and understanding. Great service from start to finish.
It went very smoothly. The truck arrived on time and three young men carried out all furniture and boxes and placed in truck carefully. There were no bumps or marks on any walls or floors. The men were personable, and very accommodating. When they unloaded, they were willing to move or place anything that I wished. We selected Greenwood based on Angie?s List reviews and thefact that it was a local Indianapolis company that used all its own <br /> workers. They were very responsiveand got us a reasonable quote based on our past experience. The big problem was that they underestimatedthe size of our move and did not allocate sufficient time at both ends to dothe job right. They came out and gaveus an estimate. He covered all bases as to what we would be taking with us. We changed our minds over the next couple of weeks and ended up taking fewer items than originally estimated, but they adjusted the esitmate and did not charge for items we didn't take. They arrived when they said they would. They got here and unloaded a day early. This companyis very service oriented and their word is their word. I would recommend them to anyone.
