Excellent with first time home owners by explaining everything in great detail and answering all questions, following up regularly, making sure things were moving along smoothly. Couldn’t ask for better.
During the loan process Greg laid out all of the steps needed to be taken in order to get the loan completed and was extremely helpful with questions throughout. Working for a family business made it a little more difficult but they were able to work with me to get it done as fast as possible and to be worry free before closing. Highly recommend Greg and his team at Approved Mortgage Group.
Greg and his team were great! They made the process understandable and also found me a $7500 grant that I qualified for based on my job and income. The interest rate was also reasonable and they found a way to get the lowest interest rate possible, which involved putting less money down to start and paying mortgage insurance for the first couple months (which lowered my interest rate from 4.5 to 4.125%). It seemed like they really explored all the possible options to get me the best loan terms possible.
