If I could give 10 stars I would. As first time homebuyers, we came to the table very nervous. Greg put us at ease immediately, explained all the complicated things that go into home buying in a calm and clear way. He was never put out by our many, many questions, and always got back in touch with us quickly. He was fantastic. We highly recommend him (already have to some friends)- If we were ever to go through this ordeal again, we would definitely want Greg at the table with us! He is the best!

Greg and Ken were a great duo in helping my fiance and I close on our first home. I cannot recommend them enough. They worked with us very closely throughout the entire process. Greg was exceptionally professional and really knew his stuff. I trusted him throughout, and was able to negotiate our rate. Greg got us a great rate, and answered the hundreds of questions that we had for him in quick fashion. I would grab beers with this guy. I plan on using him for any future mortgage needs.

Greg Roth and his team at Approved Mortgage Group did an excellent job guiding me through the loan process from start to finish. Greg was very knowledgeable and responsive, even on weekends. They worked closely with my realtor and title company to make the closing process go smoothly. As this was my first time going through the process, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was.
