This was the easiest loan and fastest closing we have ever done. Awesome communication almost anytime of day to help with questions, help with obtaining insurance, help with just about anything they could do to bring your home to close. From initial offer to close in 20 days. These people are the best. I’ve purchased 8 houses over my lifetime and this was by far the easiest that included financing.
Greg stayed in touch throughout the process and was very effective in overcoming the challenges presented to us.
