Great communication. Contract timelines were met. Gregg took the time to personally meet with my buyer to go over details/process so that she felt comfortable the whole time.

Gregg was always quick to answer questions through email and very responsive when I called him. Most importantly, Gregg won our business because he was very efficient in getting us a pre-approval right off the bat and he was able to get us a better rate than the other lenders we reached out to.
Gregg seems to know everything. And I don't mean he's a know it all. I literally mean he had a fired off answer that made sense. Was truthful. To every question I asked. He went above and beyond on my refinance and even helped with some advice to continue the good financial progress I'm making. I definitely loved working with Gregg.

Gregg (and his staff) always kept us in the loop with what was going on, what to expect or if there was a hiccup and how to resolve the issue. Highly recommend him and his team!
Gregg is friendly and knows what he is doing, I am glad that my husband and I were able to meet him in person as he went over the process and paperwork for the loan in detail. (We were buying a home from out of state). When we went back home, he communicated frequently with us when we made an offer on a house, He emailed us videos to watch and reminders of what documents we still needed to send to V.I.P's secure website. He was also prompt in answering our questions.
