Gregg is friendly and knows what he is doing, I am glad that my husband and I were able to meet him in person as he went over the process and paperwork for the loan in detail. (We were buying a home from out of state). When we went back home, he communicated frequently with us when we made an offer on a house, He emailed us videos to watch and reminders of what documents we still needed to send to V.I.P's secure website.
