It was a very good experience The whole process was so easy. We were done in few days. Greg made everything so easy. We were done in a weeks time and the money was in our account in no time... thank you Greg for making this so quick and pleasant.
Quick and Easy When I filled out the Lending Tree form, Greg Watson was the first person to call me! He took the time to listen and really understand my situation, rather than just providing me quick numbers like some other lenders had done in the past. It seems they actually care about their customers, and do everything than can to put together the best loan possible. They already have high ratings so I guess I will just add to that! Great job!
Christmas Blessings I really wanted to have a good Christmas this year but I didn’t see a way out of my situation I have been stuck in. After speaking to Greg I finally bite the bullet and paid off my debt with my home equity. Tough Loan But Good Results My Loan Officer Greg Watson called promptly after I submitted info to Lending Tree. He was straightforward and prepared me for each step of the process we were to complete. Our loan was about as complex as they get because it was a cash-out refi on a 100-year-old house and my wife and I have good credit, but we are both retired on Social Security and have some rental income (that is usually hard to utilize for borrowing).
