It was a great experience with a great loan advisor Greg was efficient and very knowledgeable in helping use with this process. We had a few bumps but Greg smoothed everything out and had us close in a week. Great job Greg!

It was a good experience from the application to the closing. My Loan Officer, Greg Watson, was great all through the process. He was readily available through all communication sources--email, messaging, and phone. His guidance not only with completing the online application process but with the online computer technology needed was great. Royal United also kept me immediately informed of the status of my loan.
Enjoyed the experience I was impressed with the knowledge of Greg Watson. However and this is not Greg's fault, but they had given me a list of things to be paid off and cash back option. When he called for closing information the closing numbers had changed, not once but twice.

Very good experience with Greg. He made us feel very comfortable after we had already decided not to do the loan. It’s very scary to use your house but he explained it to us in a way we felt comfortable doing the loan.
