Poor. Took Kya there 3 days in a row and everyday was getting worse. She died that morning in Silverdale vet clinic. Should have done a better exam like X-rays. Will never go back to that place. We should have took Kya to Silverdale the first day!!! They love taking your money even when they misdiagnose Kya!!

I called during a late night emergency situation with my cherished pet. The service sent me off to contact the worst clinic here in our area. They wouldn’t even talk with me until I agreed to pay a fee.... were late arriving to clinic for emergent evaluation, failed to clean out infection...just prescribed an antibiotic. And though there were no indications of swelling previously, during my interaction...the vet told me she thought it was a tumor...

Misdiagnosed my dog almost cost her life and me added money that could have been avoided. Will never be using there services plus gave my dog a false positive test on parvo.
