This location works very well for me I work a lot of hours and then I live on the other side of town I go to Medford quite frequently when I'm not working I have a foot disease called neuropathy it's very painful and so I work a lot of hours to not feel the pain thanks for the great working space

I'm pleased wit Grid Property Management team. They response to my emails, sends reminders when needed, works with me on suite enhancements, and quickly dispatches maintenance when a request is made. They acually care about providing good experiences to their tenants. That’s how I feel. They listen and respond timely.

Grid Property Management and Kiely have been with us since day 1 of looking for a home in the Portland area. We have now been here 3 years, and could not be happier with Grid. I love their easy online portal for paying rent, and for requesting maintenance, which has been minimal (outdoor lighting going out, hedges trimmed). I have been leasing a commercial warehouse for 9 years; Grid Property took over management of the property about one year ago. I have to say that the effect on the property ( cleanliness, upgrades, safety, "curb appeal") has been nothing but good. But the best feature of Grid is their personnel; especially Jenny Houk, who seemingly "didnt get the memo" that direct, responsive service is no longer the rule of the day. Judy, Kiely, and Lucia made finding an apartment in Portland from across the country (Indianapolis) so stress free! They kept the application process moving quickly, provided all necessary information, and had great communication. My boyfriend and I were able to confidently sign a lease with Grid during the Covid-19 pandemic, from 2,000 miles away, and while he was hiking the PCT. As someone with no rental history I was not confident in taking the steps for my first big move, but through Grid Property Management's leasing agent Keily my friends and I were continually helped along the way! Keily gave great and thorough instructions and information, and she was very friendly. We are very grateful especially as first time renters. Cheers!

Have being paying the rest since October and still not able to occupy the suite. The city informed that I need need a CO and it was supposed to be informed when I leased the office, was clear my intention of use the office right away and it was explicitly stated in my emails. Even though, i wasn’t informed of anything, city of Conroe has requesting inspections and today(over 4 months ) all the requirements still not met by the landlord. Only one star because Grid didn’t reply to my next apartment complex’s request for information on whether I was a tenant at a Grid managed property in SE Portland. I’ll change this review or submit a new one when my current (large) issue is resolved.
