Trying to get a hold of anyone or trying to get any information about a listing that they had up for a townehouse is a literal nightmare. we were on at 4:30pm filling out the application (that was when they opened it up), got no word back until a day later when we discovered for ourselves the property had been pulled from the site. I cannot update my first review so I’m going to write a new one considering how poorly Grid treated me! I can’t complain about our viewing because Jes really did treat us great which falsely lead me to believe everyone else would too! I was highly mistaken! I understand there is a process to applications that needs to be done but their lack of communication or even human compassion is mind blowing especially coming from a person with disabilities.
