The food, service, and drinks were all excellent. We were able to squeeze in a reservation for 6 last minute for our first visit to Grindstone. We will definitely be back.

For lunch, this is the place to go if you like mushroom swiss burgers. Will cook to medium, double patty, nice amount of mushrooms. Mine didn't have the demi glace sauce on it this time... must have been missed. But, didn't bring it to anyone's attention/didn't make a fuss. Their french fries are EXCELLENT... especially if you ask for crispy fries. Price is good.

Wonderful experience!!! Called and they were able to adjust our reservation time and work with us. Server was wonderful! I forgot his name (sorry). Patient and always grabbing items we needed. Party of 8 with two small kids can be a zoo. Will come back for the service alone. And the food was very good but the service took it to the top! Thank you!

The rib dry rub was salty and the fried green tomatoes seemed to have more breading than usual. The chipotle honey bbq sauce was really good and so were the buffalo wings and blue cheese dressing. Service was great.

A great find for a casual eatery with good food and reasonable prices. We sat outside and a thought given to shade for the very hot days with umbrellas and shade screens. We will be going back, and lovely that it is right on the Monon Trail so a hike or a bike ride to get there will be perfect.
