Staff is always super friendly (so was wearing a rock paper scissors shirt and manager seen it and immediately started the game with him). Food is always consistent and very good.

Food is always excellent. However, there was no prime rib by 7:30 on Saturday night. Server was prompt and friendly. Restaurant was full so noise level was at the extreme. There is nothing to control the acoustics. So you either limit your conversation, or compete with everyone else. Meal was served hot and promptly, and there was no delay in getting the bill and having it processed. All the employees kept busy and went about their jobs quickly and pleasantly. We will return.

A little disappointing. Had a reservation for an early dinner. We were sat at middle of the isle table right next to the kitchen. Mains were ok. Sides were all cold. Not just a little cold, sitting a long time cold. And not just one side, but all of them.
