I personally do not avail myself of Griswold Home Care. However, my brother does. My brother is a 69 year old totally blind male who lives alone in Rochester. He utilizes Griswold as his transportation to the bank and any medical appointments. He is very happy in that he can always depend on Griswold to be at his apartment when requested and will take him on time to his various appointments. Griswolds's office responded quickly to fulfill my request. They sent an aide to assist friends making my home accessible. The aides they sent during my recovery were polite, efficient and professional. Griswold's assistance allowed me to recuperate in my home instead of a facility.
