The overnight staff is not trained to use the Hoyer lift comfortably even with my constant presence to help. I use it and am hands on. Perhaps as a result of their not preferring to use the Hoyer, they complained about the necessary lifting. Additionally, one lost her temper at the building doorman, accompanied by her cursing him. She was stressed personally (she told me); he did nothing to provoke her. My aid is a very good worker. I donâ€™t have to tell him what to do except for meal changes; he comes and starts cleaning. However, when he had to take time off, the replacements were awful. It made me feel that you werenâ€™t screening your applicants very strenuously.

I have had almost no experience working with the office staff. The little that I have had involved their mistake with my first name.
